Sales points for Starlink devices and services are now available in Aden.
Waed Badhib, Yemen’s internationally recognized government Minister of Planning and International Cooperation and Acting Minister of Communications and Information Technology, attended the launch of the sales points accompanied by Eng. Wael Tarmoom, Executive Director General of the General Corporation for Telecommunications.
The minister emphasized that this launch is part of the government's efforts to keep pace with global developments in telecommunications and provide internet services via satellite in an organized and secure manner. It also aims to reach remote areas and support digital transformation in line with the government's sustainable development goals.
